VIVA Bahrain is a leading telecommunications provider seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Development Lead to spearhead our presales efforts. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in developing, positioning, and implementing robust security measures to safeguard computer systems, networks, and information.

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Solutions Development Lead who will contribute to driving sales revenue by providing technical pre-sales support to account managers, coordinating with sales teams, and identifying opportunities in the pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of VIVA Bahrain's products and services, as well as relevant market trends and competitor offerings.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product managers to drive improvements and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.* Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity solutions and technologies to customers, partners, and internal teams.* Conduct training sessions for customers and partners on cybersecurity best practices and VIVA Bahrain's solutions.* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of competitors.* Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers.* Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and improve revenue growth.* Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, thought leaders, and influencers to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization by encouraging collaboration, creativity, and experimentation.* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.* Provide input on product development, service enhancements, and go-to-market strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including quality, health, safety, environmental management, and legislative requirements.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.* Minimum 8 years of experience in a commercial operations function, specializing in ICT presales and solutions, ideally in the telecommunications sector.* Proven track record of success in driving sales revenue, developing and maintaining strategic relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.* Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, technologies, and market trends.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.* Proficiency in English language (additional languages an asset).
