Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Hospitality Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily room attendant and house attendant assignments
  • Organize, prioritize, and route housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are guest-ready by established check-in times
  • Closely collaborate with room inspectors to update the hotel management system with accurate room statuses
  • Communicate effectively with front desk staff to provide timely updates on room availability and fulfill special requests
  • Oversee guest laundry delivery and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Maintain open lines of communication with housekeeping leadership and other departments
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low supplies to management
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the housekeeping team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree a plus
  • Languages: Fluency in English; additional language skills beneficial
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail, proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, leadership experience or potential to guide and motivate a team, knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards
