
Front Service Coordinator

At RESO, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. As a Front Server at Sheraton Bahrain Hotel, you will play a vital role in leading our team to provide outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, addressing any deficiencies to maintain a professional image.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors to ensure a secure environment.
• Monitor storage areas for organization, use of First-In-First-Out (FIFO), and cleanliness to maintain inventory control.
• Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Oversee dining rooms to ensure seating availability, efficient service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees, while serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Adhere to company and safety policies, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, and completing required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance, adhering to high standards of professionalism.
