Responsibilities:

  • Manage all government services, including insurance, SIO, MOL, MOI, and Ministry of Interior, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
  • Coordinate Tamkeen Processes, monthly attendance and payroll, earnings and deductions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee the recruiting process, sourcing, interviews, and hiring processes, ensuring seamless talent acquisition.
  • Maintain personnel files for all employees, both hard and soft copies, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Prepare final settlements, handle annual and sick leaves, and other employee-related matters, including performance appraisals.
  • Design and suggest training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, working closely with department heads.
  • Conduct miscellaneous research, prepare reports, and complete memos as required.
  • Detect and resolve complaints, disputes, and grievances among staff members, upholding company values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, with excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
