The Braxtone Group is seeking a highly skilled Hr and Admin Officer to join its team. This role plays a critical part in the effective management of the organization's human resources functions, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and contributing to a productive work environment.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting interviews, reference checks, and negotiating employment offers to secure top talent for the company.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees, guaranteeing a seamless integration into the Braxtone Group culture.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
  • Organizing employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and motivation.
  • Maintaining awareness of amendments to Labor Laws for Bahrain, Oman, and UAE, ensuring the company remains compliant.
  • Drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Handling employment contracts, visa processes, and renewals in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining records of training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of employee benefits, such as health insurance and end-of-service benefits.
  • Conducting salary benchmarking and recommending adjustments to remain competitive in the market.
  • Coordinating the performance appraisal process to assess employee performance and growth opportunities.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management, manage employee leave and attendance records, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with experience in administration and/or HR-related works. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to gather data and compile information, and proficiency in using database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
