Procurement Transformation Specialist

This role is focused on facilitating the transformation of procurement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement transformation, data management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Simplify Procurement Processes
    • Analyze current procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement efficient and effective procurement systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new procurement technologies.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity
    • Evaluate compliance with data privacy and security regulations in data management activities.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive Efficiency and Effectiveness
    • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.
    • Develop and implement data traceability systems to improve procurement operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement transformation, data management, and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, data governance, and best practices.
