Dining Room Staff Member Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Dining Room Staff Member to join our team at a reputable North Indian Restaurant in Bahrain. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with our menu, including daily specials and recommendations, to ensure accurate ordering and serving.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, to meet the high standards of our restaurant.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and disposing of trash, to provide an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, to maintain a positive reputation for our restaurant.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter or in a related role is essential to succeed in this position.
- Knowledge of North Indian cuisine, including menu items and ingredients, is necessary to provide informed recommendations and serve dishes correctly.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and team members, are crucial to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail is vital to accurately take orders and serve food and beverages to meet the high standards of our restaurant.
