We are seeking a skilled Event Executive to plan and execute a wide range of events, from private functions to corporate gatherings, golf tournaments, and large-scale international events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure seamless event execution.

Coordinate with Stakeholders

Our Event Executive will work closely with external stakeholders, including cruise operators, tour operators, and vendors, to coordinate ad hoc or themed events held on-site.

Develop Event Proposals and Logistics

The successful candidate will develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and logistics plans that align with client requirements and our service standards.

Client and Member Engagement

As the main point of contact for clients, our Event Executive will build strong relationships with members, guests, and corporate clients to understand their expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

The Event Executive will liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution and negotiate contracts as needed.

Financial Oversight

Our Event Executive will prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability, and track expenses to generate post-event financial and performance reports.

On-Site Event Management

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in event planning, banqueting, or hospitality operations, preferably within a luxury environment.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in Event Planning, Hospitality, or Project Management (e.g., CMP, PMP) are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and client relationship management skills, proficiency in event management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
