Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Hostess to join our team. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive until they are seated comfortably.

  • Must be fluent in Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations and seating assignments to optimize table turnover.
  • Maintain a waiting list and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
  • Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and provide information as needed.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely table turnover.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and reception area.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Stay updated on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polished appearance and pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in Arabic
