Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns for both companies
  • Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and engagement
  • Coordinate marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos, etc.) with design agencies
  • Create compelling property listings and promotional content
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools
  • Support property launch events, expos, and corporate presentations
  • Maintain company websites and ensure SEO optimization
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, property management) to align marketing strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, and digital analytics tools is preferred
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
