Marketing Leader for Emerging Markets

The opportunity to transform the financial services landscape by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, awareness, and engagement in emerging markets is now available.

This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in paid digital marketing, influencer outreach, referral program development, and community-based marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative agencies, contractors, and distributed teams, as well as a strong analytical skillset and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across paid media, influencer partnerships, referrals, grassroots tactics, and selected traditional channels. They will also be expected to establish and manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and local marketing partners, while overseeing the design and delivery of content, assets, and collateral for all consumer-facing channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Creating and refining messaging that resonates with target audiences in emerging markets.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including creative agencies, freelancers, and local marketing partners.
  • Overseeing the development and delivery of content, assets, and collateral for all consumer-facing channels.
