About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tiles, sanitary ware, and related construction materials, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and cost estimation. You will play a key role in project costing, material take-offs, tender preparation, and ensuring cost control throughout our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for tiles, sanitary ware, and related materials.
  • Evaluate and compare supplier quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and cost reports.
  • Support tendering, procurement, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare shop drawings and layouts using AutoCAD when required.
  • Monitor project progress and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Conduct site visits for quantity verification and material checks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (preferably in tiles, sanitary ware, or interior finishes).
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
