We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our diverse range of projects, including sewerage networks, pipe laying projects, open trench infrastructure works, pipe rehabilitation, and CCTV surveying of pipes and their networks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives to secure project awards.
  • Tender Management: Analyze tender documents and prepare submissions for projects selected by management, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Market Insight: Utilize your knowledge of local marketing and competition to inform pricing strategies and enhance our tendering success.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Estimation: Capable of preparing detailed estimates for electrical, mechanical, civil, instrumentation, and other related works.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure estimates reflect the scope of work and are competitive in the tendering process.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in quantity surveying, particularly in infrastructure works such as sewerage networks and pipe laying projects.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and the ability to gauge market conditions effectively.
  • Proficiency in preparing estimates across various disciplines, including electrical and mechanical works.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and reliable cost assessments.
