We specialize in the supply, installation, and service of air conditioning systems, with expertise extending to heating, ventilation, ducting, electrical works, building management systems, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting, among other services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's presence in the lighting sector.
  • Drive sales revenue and enhance profit margins through innovative lighting solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Perform lighting design and LUX level calculations in accordance with standards and client requirements.
  • Review project specifications and drawings from clients/contractors to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from electrical layouts to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Select luminaires based on project specifications from the company's product portfolio, and prepare cost estimates and quotations.
  • Develop technical submittals and product prequalification documents for consultant/client approval.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers for product selection, technical support, and documentation.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lighting or a similar industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lighting products and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
