Position Overview

Responsible for designing carpentry solutions and supervising the full production process within the Carpentry Division. To create and provide design drawings for all departments requiring carpentry, oversee production activities, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all carpentry works under the guidance of the Carpentry Manager.

Key Responsibilities as a Draftsman

  • Create 2D and 3D designs for carpentry works required by any department

  • Supervise production activities in the Carpentry Division to ensure adherence to designs, schedules, and quality standards

  • Manage workflow, team assignments, and production resources

  • Conduct site measurements and develop precise drawings for fabrication and installation

  • Ensure safety standards and best practices are maintained throughout the production process

  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and other internal departments to optimize carpentry output and resolve worksite issues efficiently

  • Contribute to the training and development of production team members to uphold craftsmanship and productivity standards
