Our source-to-pay platform helps organizations find suppliers, issue tenders, and receive responses faster, cheaper, and more efficiently than ever before.As part of scaling our growth engine, we're hiring a Marketing & Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to lead marketing strategy, demand generation, and operational excellence across the revenue cycle.
This is a high-impact role that combines marketing expertise with RevOps capabilities—driving alignment, visibility, and growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile leader with strong marketing expertise and a solid grasp of revenue operations. The ideal candidate will design and execute marketing strategies, optimize processes, and manage the tools and data that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational discipline to ensure alignment across go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive lead generation and nurturing campaigns across multiple channels (content, SEO/SEM, email, events, paid media).
- Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, social media).
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to deliver effective go-to-market plans and product messaging.
Revenue Operations
- Own CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track funnel performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve lead routing, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle management.
- Identify bottlenecks across the revenue funnel and implement process improvements.
- Support leadership in revenue planning, forecasting, and strategy execution.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success efforts to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Partner with leadership to refine GTM strategy and ensure execution excellence.
- Introduce tools and best practices to scale revenue operations and marketing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience inB2B SaaS marketing and/or revenue operations.
- Understanding of demand generation, customer lifecycle, and full-funnel marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to design processes, analyze data, and translate insights into action.
- Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
