 Follow up with site engineers to obtain Customer-approved timesheets and prepare invoice calculations in accordance with contract terms.

 Ensure timely submission of bank guarantees and invoices to Customers.

 Support Project Managers with milestone billing, contract claims (VO management), and associated documentation.

 Identify financial risks proactively and notify Project Managers for appropriate mitigation planning.

 Follow up with Customers to ensure timely payment collections.

 Monitor and track bank guarantees and coordinate their timely closure with Customers.

 Oversee and control the Accounts Receivable (AR) list for the Division and provide regular reports to Management.

 Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

 Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by PDC Management and Project Managers.

Qualification and Experience

 Any Degree (Preferably in Engineering domain)

 Minimum 3 years experience

 Female candidate preferred
