Business Development Intern

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and initiate outreach to generate new business leads. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and target industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Malaeb's offerings
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation, closure and onboarding.
- Work towards achieving individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence. Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development activities with marketing strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the client experience. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
