Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Manama. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies for market penetration. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research and Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the industrial, construction, energy, or technical sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
