Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Diamond Harbour. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development, business development, and market analysis
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Diamond Harbour
