  1. HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (HR) (Any Nationality)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional HR Executive to manage recruitment, staff coordination, and HR operations within our luxury lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hiring, interviews, and onboarding
  • Manage employee documentation and compliance
  • Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave
  • Coordinate internal staff communication
  • Handle employee concerns professionally
  • Support payroll and reporting

Eligibility:

  • Prior HR experience preferred
  • Hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Must speak English fluently, and Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational and people-management skills

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • PHOTOGRAPHER (Any Nationality)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Photographer who can visually represent our brand through high-quality lifestyle, food, and ambience photography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture events, interiors, food, and beverages
  • Create marketing and social content
  • Edit and deliver brand-aligned visuals
  • Work closely with the marketing team
  • Cover lounge events and promotions

Eligibility:

  • Proven work experience in photography
  • Portfolio required
  • Knowledge of editing software
  • Creative eye for premium visuals

  • English communication required

  • HEAD CHEF (LEBANESE OR SYRIAN APPLICANT ONLY)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and create authentic Lebanese or Syrian cuisine with consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen operations and staff
  • Create and manage menus
  • Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
  • Control inventory and food cost
  • Train and manage kitchen teams
  • Ensure consistency and presentation excellence

Eligibility:

  • Lebanese or Syrian nationality only
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef
  • Expertise in Middle Eastern cuisine
  • Leadership and kitchen management skills
  • English language required

  • Must have experience in the F&B industry
  • Excellent command of English
  • Well-groomed and professional attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
