Job Summary
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth, enhance product offerings, and expand market reach. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Partnership Opportunities
 : Research and identify potential partners, including resellers, technology integrators, and strategic alliances, that align with the company's goals and target markets.
- Build and Maintain Relationships
 : Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring mutual success.
- Negotiate Agreements
 : Collaborate with internal teams to structure and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with business objectives.
- Drive Revenue Growth
 : Work with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs to drive lead generation and revenue.
- Monitor Performance
 : Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership and recommending optimizations to maximize impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
 : Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to align partnership strategies with company goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Market Insights
 : Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to position partnerships for success.
Qualifications
- Experience
 : 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Skills
 :
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive measurable results.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies.
- Education
 : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Attributes
 : Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network within the SaaS or technology ecosystem.
