Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bahraini female Personal Assistant to provide professional and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the Manager/Executive.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Maintain filing systems and manage confidential documents.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating needs and taking initiative.
Requirements
- Female Bahraini national (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
