Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B client base by selling our high-quality baked goods and coffee beans to cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and food retailers. This role requires strong knowledge of the local F&B market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

We are a growing food and beverage group with a portfolio of café and bakery brands, offering fresh baked goods and classic and specialty coffee beans. Our products are crafted with consistency and quality in mind, supporting businesses across the hospitality and food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with cafés, hotels, restaurants, and food service businesses to sell our coffee beans and baked goods.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base and meet sales targets.
- Present and promote a curated range of products including pastries, cookies, cakes, and classic/specialty coffee beans to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules tailored to each business's needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the local market.
- Participate in trade shows, client tastings, and promotional events to generate new leads and awareness.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client data using a CRM system or other tracking tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the food & beverage, bakery, or coffee industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local F&B market with an existing network or ability to build one quickly.
- Familiarity with baked goods and coffee products, including customer expectations in hospitality settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently and on the go.
- Comfortable with client visits and occasional travel for business development.
- Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling to restaurants, hotels, cafés, or retail buyers.
- Background in bakery distribution, roastery sales, or food service supply.
- Certification or exposure to coffee brewing, barista skills, or bakery product handling is a plus.
- Experience managing bulk orders, delivery coordination, and contract negotiation.
