Job Description (JD)

Objective:

To lead and expand the jewellery export business in Bahrain and GCC countries by acquiring high-value wholesale clients, developing strategic alliances, and achieving substantial sales growth for Manoj Ornaments Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and onboard new wholesale clients, distributors, and corporate buyers across GCC markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue share.
  • Represent the brand in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings in Bahrain and abroad.

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier clients, including retail chains and B2B partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and high-value deals while maintaining company profitability.
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent service and quality assurance.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Guide and mentor junior sales and marketing executives.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales strategy, market updates, and product awareness.

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute region-specific marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee catalog creation, social media tie-ins, and product presentations for B2B buyers.
  • Research competitor activity and suggest innovative approaches to increase brand presence in GCC.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Provide regular MIS and sales analysis reports to top management.

Export & Compliance Coordination

  • Work closely with the logistics and documentation team for export formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade, hallmarking, and taxation requirements.

Key Skills Required:

  • experience in international B2B jewellery sales or exports.
  • Strong network with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors in the Bahrain / GCC region.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Deep product knowledge in Gold, Diamond, and Gemstone jewellery.
  • Strategic thinking with proven sales leadership experience.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, ERP, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Arabic communication skills will be an added advantage.
