Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain and expand a strong client database within Bahrain.
Present and promote solutions in IT infrastructure, event technology, and AI CCTV systems.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for proposal preparation and project delivery.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and payments to ensure closure.
Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven sales experience in IT solutions, event tech, or surveillance systems.
Strong understanding of the Bahrain market and client network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
Valid Bahrain driving license preferred.
