Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on selling advanced IT solutions, including workflow automation, document management systems, remote collaboration tools, business process automation, and managed IT services. Your ability to understand client needs, articulate technical value propositions, and build long-term partnerships will be critical to success.
Responsibilities- Identify and target prospective clients across industries to promote enterprise-level IT solutions that optimize business processes and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client challenges and align solutions such as:
• Workflow and document automation platforms to digitize and streamline operations.
• Secure remote collaboration tools for distributed teams.
• Business process management (BPM) solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Managed IT services, including print infrastructure optimization and cost-reduction strategies.- Develop customized proposals, demos, and ROI analyses to address client pain points.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through proactive pipeline management and strategic account planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in digital transformation.
- Attend industry events and webinars to generate leads and position the company as a trusted advisor.
- 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of selling technical products (e.g., document management systems, cloud-based collaboration tools, process automation software).
- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and their business impact.
- Ability to translate technical features into business outcomes (e.g., cost savings, compliance, scalability).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
