We seek a dedicated and resourceful Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in streamlining logistics operations, delivering outstanding customer support, and optimizing routing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage and track all logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate transportation, shipments, and inventory management.
  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics and delivery inquiries. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Familiarity with routing optimization software and logistics management tools.
