Key Responsibilities: Operations & Business Performance: Oversee daily operations across multiple cafés and restaurant outlets to ensure efficient and quality service. Monitor and improve store performance by analyzing sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards. Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability and manage budgets effectively. Team Leadership & Staff Management: Assist in the recruitment efforts To have an active role in training and development of store managers and staff to uphold company standards. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and ensure employee engagement. Foster a positive work environment and resolve staff-related issues professionally. Customer Service & Quality Control: Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer complaints promptly. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency across all locations. Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand reputation. Marketing & Business Development: Work with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase footfall. Identify opportunities to expand business operations and improve revenue streams. Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer retention. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Ensure proper inventory management and stock control at all outlets. Work closely with suppliers to maintain product availability and quality. Implement efficient cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a managerial role in the café industry preferable experience in international franchises Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively. Knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems. Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
