Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support in organizing job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and job postings that attract top talent.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the recruitment process.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office suite.

English, Urdu and Hindi speaking skills required.

Bahraini national with urdu speaking skills can also apply.

**Salary**: From BD200.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
