Job Opportunity f: Grocery Picker

Job Overview:
As an Online Grocery Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their online grocery orders accurately and in a timely manner. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing grocery items according to customer orders, verifying product quality, and facilitating the smooth delivery process. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive online grocery orders from customers through our digital platform.
- Accurately pick and collect grocery products from our supermarket shelves, ensuring they match the specified size, weight, and quality criteria.
- Check the products for any damage and ensure there are no missing items from the order.
- Properly bill the items, maintaining an accurate record of the order.
- Hand over the packed groceries to the delivery driver for prompt delivery to the customer.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while handling products.

Working Hours:

- 10-hour shifts
- Rotational shift-based job (morning, afternoon, evening, and night)

Salary Package:

- For flexi visa holders: BD 235 per month
- For other visa holders: BD 200 per month

Additional Information:

- One day off per week

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling grocery products
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Currently based in Bahrain
