**ROLE DETAILS**:
Job Title: Automotive Brand Manager
Location: Bahrain

**Salary**: BD 1,600 - BD 1,800 per month plus Bonus and Benefits

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the sales and aftersales teams
- Ensure the dealership achieves its sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Work closely with the aftersales manager to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership and support to the sales and aftersales teams

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Process-driven
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 staff members

**Salary and Benefits**

Basic salary of BD 1,600 - BD 1,800 per month, a fantastic bonus package based on performance, housing allowance, company car, medical and annual air ticket. The working hours are 8am - 6pm Saturday to Thursday, with alternate Saturday off and 30 days' paid leave.
