**Job Requirements**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic pipes or a related industry.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, guide, and oversee a team of electronics maintenance technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment and systems.
- Diagnose malfunctions, analyze system issues, and supervise the repair and replacement of defective electronic components.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to reduce the risk of equipment failure and prolong the lifespan of electronic systems.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and technical guidance to maintenance staff. Ensure the team is updated with the latest industry practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of parts and supplies required for maintenance activities. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of essential materials.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines. Promote a safe working environment through proper use of protective equipment and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications. Generate reports for management regarding equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance costs.
- Work closely with other departments, including production and engineering, to identify potential issues, enhance equipment performance, and minimize disruption to operations.
- Evaluate and implement continuous improvement strategies for maintenance practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, control panels, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and automated machinery.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting electronic components.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Proven experience in leading a maintenance team, managing schedules, and handling complex technical issues.
- Ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and experience enforcing safety protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure smooth workflow.
