**Your day to day**:
*** Under the general direction of direct superior and within the limits of established **Crowne Plaza** **, **provide support and assist in achieving a high standard of documentation and record keeping across the training function and ensure Learning & Development is moving the business forward.
**What we need from you**

- **To **provide **courteous and professional service at all' times and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues.**

- **To be aware of all IHG, Hotel and Departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures**).**
***
- **Comply **with company grooming and uniform **standards**
***
- **To **maintain fair treatment irrespective of nationality, religion, sect, **etc.**
***
- **To **be responsible for all issued funds, collections, tips, etc., in short, for all monies which are handled by cashier during the course of a **day.**

- **To **sign on with the personal computer access code**.**
***
- ** Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include**:

- **Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations**

- **Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.**

- **To respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the industry, the company, or the hotel.**

- **To maintain health and safety standards of the hotel by reporting all health and safety and security violations for immediate action.**

- **Well aware of CP-Bahrain FLS Manual.**

- **To be well aware of Fire and BT evacuation plan & assembly point**.**
