**Your day to day**:
*** Demonstrate **service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include**:
- **Knowledge in all laundry tasks.**
***
- **Attend shift briefings on time in full uniform and well groomed.**
***
- **To maintain health and safety standards of the hotel by reporting all health and safety and security violations for immediate action.**
***
- **To be trained in Firefighting first at the time of joining and then after every 6 months.**
***
- **To get First Aid training whenever available.**
***
- **To carry out day to day job in a professional way keeping in mind IHG and hotel policies and procedures.**
***
- **To maintain fair treatment irrespective of nationality, religion, sect, etc.**
***
- **To be aware of all IHG, Hotel and Departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).**
***
- **Comply **with the company corporate code of conduct at all times.**
- **Receives, sorts, counts, and store linen, uniforms and supplies.**
***
- **Issues linen, uniforms and supplies and keep records.**
***
- **Assists in inventory taking.**
***
- **Assists in repairing linen and uniforms.**
***
- **Advises superior of damages, misuse of linen/uniforms on regular basis.**
***
- **To **keep the linen room neat and clean.**
- **To attend guest request, receive telephone calls and note down massages when the line is transferred from housekeeping office.**
***
- **Perform **duties and **other tasks as **assigned**.**
***
- **To maintain all laundry equipment and machines at its full working **condition.**
***
- **To report any accidents, damages and loss of any Hotel property on a timely **manner.**
**What we need from you**

- **High school diploma or equivalent.****:
- **Experience working in a laundry or hospitality setting preferred but not required.****:
- **Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to laundry operations.****:
- **Familiarity with proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.**
