**Role Summary
**This role will be responsible for demand planning, inventory control and warehouse management of rider equipment, you will develop the right processes and tools to accurately forecast inventory requirements and facilitate the efficient issuance, returns and change cycle of rider equipment by leading a strong team to achieve targets and goals. You will be a key player of the new talabat warehouse establishment.

**What's On Your Plate?**:

- Demand planning: ensure accurate forecasting of inventory replenishment cycles based on fleet size movements and usability duration of gear
- Expense Control (distribution, tracking, return inventory, charging for unreturned)
- Inventory management (ensuring enough supply, no excess, managing Cost of inventory)
- Warehouse management implement (setup, controls, processes)
- Equipment improvement (testing new equipment, assessing quality/usefulness)
- Maintain smooth process of inventory distribution to talabat riders
- Establish SOPs and processes for all elements of the warehouse operations, end-to-end
- Ensure proper and accurate Inventory transactions are recorded in a different system module (Stores Inventory system & Financial) that are conducted by inventory controllers
- Executes Monthly, weekly and daily Inventory reports
- Able to work on warehouse establishment project

**What Did We Order?**:

- 3+ years of expertise in inventory and warehouse management, with a solid understanding of process development and monitoring of operations
- Bachelor in logistics management or related fields
- Experience in the logistics field is preferable
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools
- Problem solver, who is able to find solutions that are practical and effective
- Excellent leadership skills: Experience with managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities is very important
- Confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps
