Admin Accountant

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports
- Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records
- Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks or Xero
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
