Front Office Supervisor

**Main responsibilities**:
- Ensures that all Front Office Standards of Service & Operational Procedures are adhered.
- Assigning the shift duties among colleagues then following up on the correct and complete execution of those tasks.
- Ensure accurate registration for all guests checking in and revise all registration cards.
- Revise all cashiers’ paper work and ensure accuracy of all transactions made and cash collected.
- Monitoring colleagues’ performance and direct them when needed.
- Direct staff in maintaining clean, tidy and an organized work area at the front and back areas of the Front Office.
- Determine the training courses needed for the team and arrange a monthly schedule for the training.
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), second language an asset
- Previous customer related experience preferred
- Must be able to type 25 words per minute
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
**Requirements**:
- Nature and length of previous experience: 0-2 years of experience in similar field
- Certificate Required
- Specialist knowledge: Proficiency in MS office
- Language Fluency: English Arabic is a plus
- Current Location: Bahrain only apply
