Job Overview:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees. This role serves as the first point of contact for inquiries and oversees administrative tasks, communication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Reception Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes if necessary.

**2. Communication & Coordination**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.
- Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and other activities.

**3. Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Assist in arranging travel and accommodation for employees or guests.
- Support HR and administrative teams with documentation and employee onboarding processes.

**4. Customer Service**:

- Address client queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues as required.
- Provide information about the organization's services, location, and policies.

**5. Security & Safety**:

- Monitor and ensure adherence to office security protocols.
- Assist in emergency response procedures, such as fire drills or first-aid situations.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with telephone systems and office equipment.
