Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented

In this role you will be responsible for the overall office management. You will also be the first point of contact (POC), with new and prospective customers in Siemens Bahrain. You will serve as coordinators of information in terms of an activity or a project and act as an organization's representatives. The role will be combined with another office-based job role like HR assistant, company secretary, facilities manager ,finance assistant.
- Accounting and Operations: The focus is accounting transactions and operations timely, accurate execution in statutory reporting. Basic ERP knowledge, process understanding. Keeping abreast with changes of internal guidelines. Contribute expertise to process optimization. Good communication and cooperation with Business and Corporate Partners.
- TAX and Other Compliance Activities: Be responsible for quarterly VAT Compliance, Ultimate Beneficiary Reporting, ESR Reporting, Financial Statements Filing.
- PRO Activities: The position holder will manage all Public Relations activities for assigned business which includes the processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies.

Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid
- Bachelors in commerce or Business Administration or Marketing
- 5years
- Marketing and commercial awareness, Accounting and Financial Background
- Personal skills: Communication, Collaboration, Diplomacy, Adaptability, and Ability to do tasks independently.
- English and Arabic.
