- Order or Purchase Office, Pantry Supplies and stationeries monthly and upon request
- IT
- Coordination with IT for any IT-related issues
- Assist and/or arrange corporate functions and events
- Provide admin support e.g. typing letters, book binding etc.

**Human Resource**
- Employee files
- ERP records
- Update employees’ contact details
- New Visa and renewal
- New CPR and renewal
- Employees request
- Staff Attendance
- Daily announcement on Staff leaves and Holidays
- Tardiness Report (Time-in and Time-out from Biometrics)
- Annual Leave Excel and ERP Report
- Monitor Staff Timesheet
- Employees Related
- Annual leave / Sick Leave Request
- Employment Certificate / NOC request
- Probationary Review and Annual Performance Evaluation
- Employees grievances
- Recruitment / New Hires and Interns
- Discuss with Management regarding the requirement
- Prepare Offer Letter and Employment Contract
- New Hire / Intern induction
- Tamkeen
- Ministry of Labour

**Salary**: BD300.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HR/Office manager: 3 years (preferred)
