Administrative & Logistics Coordinator

JOB OBJECTIVE
The Administrative and Logistics Coordinator is in charge of administration of the station and to oversee and facilitate the Logistics operations of the station. Coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective receiving and shipping of materials.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be knowledgeable in inventory management and logistics as they relate to airplane parts as well as in receiving inspection.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy and compliance to warehouse procedures.
- Responsible for implementation of GMM standards in administration and logistics.
- Participate in monthly Local Safety Committee (LSC) meetings and implementation of safety items as applicable
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of Servo database.
- Ensures items are stored in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage, loss or theft.
- Performs inventories cycle counts, monitors replacements, forecasts spares requirement and maintain minimum spare level to support operation.
- Coordinate with customer and Repair shop for shipment of spares to minimize Turn Around Time.
- Responsible for administration of the office and for stationary and office supplies.
- Responsible for the monthly roster update and follow up of staff leaves
- Responsible for facilitating the obtentions of documents like visa, Airport Entry Pass etc. to staff and visitors.
- Ensure the office and stores is neat, orderly and safe at all times.
- Coordinate Staff training.
- Perform other duties.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years related industry experience in the field of aviation related to aircraft spares management in an airline or an aviation company with an international business exposure and experience.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Procurement, Production) or equivalent experience in logistics
PREFERED SKILLS
- Working proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, word, access)
- Communication skills (written and spoken) in English
- Compliance & adaptability
- Familiar with complex ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle)
