F&D Coordinator
supports the operational and administrative functions of the Food & Drinks Department.
**What will I be doing?**
As a F&D Coordinator, you are responsible for you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintain accurate records of departmental expenses, sales and inventories.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required by the management.
- Coordinate and track food & drinks orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with event planners to ensure food & drinks arrangements align with guest requirements.
- Liaise with kitchen and service team members to ensure seamless service during events.
- Act as point of contact for client inquiries related to food & drinks services.
- support the recruitment, training and scheduling of food & drinks team members.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

- Knowledge of local market
- Knowledge of hospitality
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous
