We are looking for a skilled HR and Admin Officer to manage staff-related HR tasks and support operational processes. This role includes handling recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and administrative tasks like managing cost sheets and operational reports.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Duties:
- Manage staff attendance, payroll, and leave.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support performance evaluations and administer benefits.
Admin & Operations Support:
- Prepare and manage cost sheets and operational reports.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies.
- Assist with operational schedules, procurement, and KPI tracking.
- Support day-to-day admin tasks like filing, meetings, and communication between teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years in HR and admin roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in cost management and HR systems.
Pay: Up to BD350.000 per month
