HR Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and grievances in a confidential and supportive manner.
- Support the performance review process, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement levels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in HR (such as CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
