Job Title: IT Infrastructure and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure and Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure and facilities.

This role involves ensuring seamless IT services, managing hardware and software systems, and maintaining the physical workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support IT infrastructure: Oversee hardware, software, networks, and telephony systems.
  • Provide technical support: Assist local end-users with resolving IT-related issues promptly.
  • Oversee facility management: Coordinate maintenance, safety, security, and vendor activities.

Additional Tasks:

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain asset inventory for IT equipment and facility resources.
  • Implement and monitor IT policies and best practices to ensure security and operational efficiency.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
