Key Account Manager

Zahrawi Group is a leading healthcare company in the GCC region, providing high-quality products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and analytical industries.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for promoting our orthopedic products to customers, discovering new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction to maximize profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends to understand new product offerings.
- Establish relationships with existing customers, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in industry events.
Business Development:
- Coordinate with the marketing department to create new promotional materials.
- Recommend new products to existing customers based on their needs and provide support to ensure a great relationship.
- Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers to increase revenue.
Operating Theatre:
- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgeries and resolve any equipment-related issues.
Data Tracking:
- Prepare reports on sales data and maintain accurate records of all products sold.
Orders and Invoicing:
- Follow up with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Place orders with the purchase coordinator and coordinate with the finance department for invoicing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the sports medicine/ortho field.
- Strong communication and English language skills, MS Office proficiency, and negotiation skills.
