About the Role:
AJEX is seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Business Developer. In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating and closing new opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term relationships with senior-level executives.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your expertise in consultative selling and identifying high-potential leads
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts, fostering strong partnerships and delivering value-added solutions
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives, using your negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, enabling efficient lead management and pipeline optimization
- Demonstrable expertise in consultative selling, including effective communication and relationship-building skills
