**Job Summary**
The Board Secretary Assistant will provide essential support to the Board Secretary, focusing on tasks related to company governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Board Secretary with the preparation of all necessary documents for board meetings, including minutes, resolutions, and agendas.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to the Board and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of board decisions, meeting minutes, and committee proceedings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate governance or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
