Job Title: Luxury Beauty and Cosmetics Portfolio Leader

At Converge, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our luxury skin, hair, and cosmetics portfolio in the GCC region.

About the Role:

We're looking for an individual with a proven track record in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and experience in the luxury beauty and cosmetics industry within the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the luxury skin, hair, and cosmetics portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing regular training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with key accounts, and expand the company's market share across the GCC region.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to ensure optimal brand positioning and growth.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, ensuring the company's luxury portfolio is well-represented.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years within the GCC market.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in the luxury beauty, skin, hair, and cosmetics industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC retail landscape, luxury consumer preferences, and distribution networks.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
